Your roof is the first line of defense your home has against harsh weather. For example, the combination of blistering temperatures, high humidity and tropical storm force winds, your roof withstands a lot. Enduring such abuse year after year will inevitably require the services of a roofing contractor at some point.

If we do see that something is amiss, we’ll take photos and talk to you about what we’d recommend. You can choose to explore these options with us further, or not – there’s no obligation.

Roof Damage Assessment​

Roofs are under constant assault. Unless a professional roofing contractor inspects it , hidden damage can be easily missed. However, there are some more obvious signs you can look for.

  • Take a look at your roof. Can you see any missing shingles or any visible damage?
  • Can you access your attic? Take a look and see if there is any rotten wood above your head or any signs of staining on the wood.
  • If you have a metal roof, is there any visible rust?
  • Do you have any water stains on your ceiling anywhere in your house?
  • Do you notice missing granules off your roof shingles or notice an accumulation of granules in your gutter system?
  • Does your roof look stained with algae?
